• Provided essential management, monitoring, and troubleshooting support for Shopee's network infrastructure, servers, and services, reducing incident resolution time and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Collaborated with country product manager and engineering teams across Southeast Asia and Latin America to report, resolve, and verify issues to improving incident visibility and helping prevent real disruptions.

• Worked with PT Graha Karya Informasi and PT Mastersystem Infotama’s team on a Maintenance Service project, maintaining over 157 Cisco MPLS backbone routers at PLN ICON+ Network Operation Center.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting multiple PLN ICON+ MPLS backbone network issues based on customer requests, including ASR 920, ASR 9000 Series, NCS, ISR, and Catalyst.
• Performed version upgrade on Cisco IOS XE.
• Conducted weekly health checks on 157 Cisco routers, including monitoring CPU usage, Cisco platform and environment, logs, etc.
• Generated root cause analysis and incident reports during a network incident issue for the stakeholders.

• Worked with PT Mastersystem Infotama’s team to monitor 12 Ciena DWDMs of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin) through the MCP dashboard during the Christmas and New Year project, ensuring network stability by quickly recognizing new alarms and escalating to the engineer to prevent potential disruptions.
• Produced daily reports on the status and conclusions of monitored devices, delivered valuable insights to the engineering team.

Level Up by Amoeba Telkom Indonesia is Indonesia's first AI internship platform, designed to bridge the gap between academic excellence and industry demands through internship programs, personalized mentoring, and company visits.

• Collaborated with Living in Telkom’s team for promoting open recruitment regional corporate internship in Telkom and successfully gathered 618 registrants in 2 weeks.
• Led a team of 4 in developing Level Up's social media such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Initiated in creating @levelup.inside Instagram (previously named @levelup_amoeba), rapidly growing it to 600+ followers in 3 weeks, with effective interpersonal communication to stakeholders and growth strategies.

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) is a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) that operates in the fields of information and communication technology services and digital telecommunications in Indonesia.

• Collaborated with a mentor and a team to develop the Calendar of Culture Action for Telkom Regional 4.
• Drafted detailed Minutes of Meeting for Telkom Regional 4 events to facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.
• Coordinated and provided support to cross-functional teams for seamless corporate event execution, emphasizing effective coordination.
